"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Got a bunch of sketches sitting around that I want to throw into Photoshop and color. Problem is I'm at finals week in school, so I haven't had the time to do a whole lot of coloring. I'm gonna throw up all the sketches I have now and hopefully that will force me to get to them after the semester is done. Any critique of them before I get to coloring them will be helpful too!
Thanks ^^' I really like the energy you put into your characters, and I am always jealous of people who can draw nice backgrounds. I'm trying to improve my photoshop skills, but I feel like I have so much improvement to work on . Do you have any advice or good resources that I could check out by chance?
I've found that Paint Tool SAI works better for drawing and colouring for me. Maybe worth a look? Other than that, it's all about practice I'm afraid. Keep trying and give it a go every time you get inspired by something! No one becomes an expert at drawing or painting overnight; there's nothing wrong with not being as good as you want to, because everyone finds themselves in that situation! See all that improvement to do as a fun challenge, and do your best!
Unfortunately I am a mac user, so no SAI for me I don't believe. I'll keep trying though. I have too much fun drawing, so that helps overpower the frustration Thank you for the advice!
